Why we do it

For most problems that impact technologies are trying to address, the relevant technologies already exist, but not at sufficient scale.
(E.g. the Princeton Carbon MItigation initiative has shown this for the case of technologies required to tackle the climate crisis; see cmi.princeton.edu/resources/stabilization-wedges/introduction/ ).

At the same time, our customer discovery among over 100 impact technology inventors / entrepreneurs has shown that many of them are currently prevented from scaling their technologies by a lack of a structured, data-driven and unbiased decision analytic approach.
