Based on your company and funding preferences, provides ‘suitability ranking’ among 30 potential types of funding sources.

Develops an effective Go-To-Market strategy for your product for a market of your choosing.

Provides risk assessment for introduction of your product into markets of your choosing

Market Ranking

Automated system, in which 

– user defined (i) general requirements they have for potential markets (around political, social, economic, technological, legal, environmental) (ii) specific requirements for their sector that they have for PPP potential markets; (iii) weights for the different market requirements.
– Scaletech’s system uses decision proprietary decision analytics model and database (world bank, …) and provides market ranking specific to the user
– Scaletech shares report with ranking, and reason for ranking based on user inputs
– Scaletech and user check in on results and questions (30 min)

Fundraising Options

Steps:
– user fills out survey designed by Scaletech
– Scaletech automatically displays level of ‘fit’ between the user and different types of funding sources; the reasons for the result, and lays out the pros and cons of each funding source.

Product Adaptation Options

Steps:

– user fills out survey designed by Scaletech; and questions enabling an understanding of your technology. Results shows list of priorities.
– Scaletech sends initial report with recommendations on how to adapt your product to new markets. (Report is designed with and authored by instructors from MIT’s ‘Design for Scale’-course, focused on adapting technologies to markets.)
– User and Scaletech have 30-min discussion on the initial report.
– Scaletech revises and delivers final report. 

Go-to-Market Strategy

Steps:
– User fills out survey by Scaletech about … ;
– Scaletech shares suggested GTM strategy;
– Scaletech and user check in on results (30 min).

Risk Assessment

Automated system, in which User 

– defines markets for which.l they want to understand risk
– main risk areas (political, …)
– defines weights
– system uses proprietary decisions analytics model and database (based on data e.g. from the World Bank and IMF) and provides detailed market risk assessment specific to the user, and reasons for the result
– Scaletech and user check in on results and questions (30 min)

Pricing Strategy

Steps: 

– Scaletech introduces approach, and application to conjoint analysis
– User defines likely price levels and features 
– Scaletech shares template for survey, and for reach out
– Scaletech designs survey
– User and Scaletech have Check in meeting (1 hour) before send out
– User sends out, and receives responses.
– Scaletech drafts results report with recommendations on feature ranking and pricing
– User and Scaletech have final meeting on these results and next steps (30 min)

Customer Discovery in New Markets

Steps:
– Scaletech shares explanation on process, as well as templates to use
– Scaletech and user prepare user outreach to potential customers based on Scaletech templates (30 min).
– User reaches out to 12+ potential customers to get their feedback, and summarizes meetings on Scaletech templates.
– Scaletech prepares final report with recommendations.
– Scaletech and user meet for conclusions and next steps (30 min).

Investment Prioritization

Steps:
– User fills out short questionnaire on planned investments and their weights.
– Scaletech uses ‘Pugh matrix approach’ to prioritize / rank investments
– Scaletech shares Pugh matrix with user
– Scaletech prepares final report with recommendations.
– Scaletech and user meet for conclusions and next steps (30 min).
